To qualify you must be in good physical condition and have the strength to move up to 200+ lbs at times. You must be able to follow the instructions for safely setting-up and taking down equipment. You will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, maintaining, and storing our Inflatables at the warehouse as well as all the games and food concessions equipment. You will assist the driver with setting up, and taking down at events. We will provide instruction and training for all you need to know.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Safely driving, if necessary, the most efficient route to the job site, while staying alert, observing and obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations and company policies.
- Load/unload rental units on and off truck, set-up inflatables, blowers, and generators. Inspect all units for damage, identify safety issues/malfunction.
- Communicate regularly with management to plan routes, provide delivery updates, report issues with deliveries.
- Laying down tarps, SetUp/Pickup Inflatables, Properly staking down the units down
Driver Requirements:
- Valid state Driver's License with clean driving record
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to read a map and/or follow GPS
- Heavy lifting required
- Must be able to bend, reach, and lift
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors
- Must be able to communicate effectively and with customers, management, and team
- Must have a Truck to pull the Trailer (We dont currently have work trucks)
- MUST BE ON TIME
- Must have a neat/proffesional appearance
Weekend Delivery times could include:
-Friday Evenings 4pm-8pm
-Saturdays between 8am-1pm and sometimes 5pm-8pm.
-Sundays from 2pm-8pm
-Occasional Monday Evenings from 4pm-8pm

Job Description:

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Supervise children while playing in the bounce houses. Also, maintain the cleanliness of each of the three bounce houses. Ensure the safety of the children and of the area surrounding the bounce houses.

Provides excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.

Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.

Clean out any water or dirt from each of the bounce houses when you first arrive for your shift.

Ensure the area surrounding the bounce houses is a safe at all times for children.

Supervise the children playing and ensure that there are no more than seven children in either bounce house at any given time.

Ensure all children are behaving appropriately and following the rules while in the bounce houses

Other duties may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities:

Create a variety of balloon sculptures, including animals, hats, flowers, and customized designs.

Interact with event attendees, especially children, in a friendly and entertaining manner.

Perform at private parties, festivals, corporate events, and other venues as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring safety with balloon materials.

Adapt to different event themes and customer requests.

Manage balloon inventory and ensure timely restocking.
Requirements & Skills:

Proficiency in balloon twisting techniques or willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with children and large crowds.

Creativity and problem-solving skills to fulfill custom requests.

Physical stamina to stand and twist balloons for extended periods.

Experience in entertainment, performing arts, or customer service is a plus.
